What the Halloween rows do not say
No public list of Halloween rewards, new scooters, or an end date was in the sources. I am not filling a pumpkin checklist. Codes people were publishing that week are on codes, with their own dates.
Four rainbow part passes and both scooter passes were off sale in the 2026-10-19 response. No earlier on-sale state was established by this audit. Their creation or updated timestamps do not prove a release or removal date. A pass record's creation also does not prove that its feature was playable that day.
